Job Title:

Lead Business Management Analyst (Multiple Openings)

Job Duties:

Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines effectively; Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across different departments; Document functional and technical specifications for SAP ERP implementations; Create detailed process flows, use cases, and user stories; Translate business needs into SAP-specific solutions and configurations; Identify opportunities for business process optimization using SAP Modules; Recommend system enhancements and efficiency improvements; and Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business users.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, IT, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Math or a related discipline and five years progressive experience as a Lead Business Management Analyst, Management Analyst, Programmer Analyst, Business Analyst, Consultant, Engineer, Project Manager, Intern, or a related occupation. The required experience must include two (2) years of experience in implementing SAP Modules.

*This position may require relocation to and working from various unanticipated worksites throughout USA

Wage Range:

$175,000.00/Year to $176,000.00/Year
