Job Title:

Sr. IT Program Manager (Multiple Openings)

Job Duties:

Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects in the areas of SAP, CRM implementation using Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence and Trello to ensure timely IT deliverables; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, identify and mitigate risks, and design and implement scalable, reliable software solutions throughout the project lifecycle; Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules, budget, and resource allocation plans using Agile or Waterfall methodologies; Monitor and analyze project progress using Smartsheet and Power BI, and prepare periodic reports for stakeholders; and Implement quality control measures and ensure the successful deployment of IT solutions by overseeing testing, training, and change management activities.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Information Technology, Technology, Management, or a related discipline and two years of experience as a Sr. IT Program Manager, Project Manager, Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Manager, Business Analyst, Intern, Consultant, Engineer, Project Lead, or a related occupation. The required experience must include two years of experience in any three (3) of the following tools and technologies: Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Confluence, Smartsheet, Power BI, any SAP Module, CRM, Agile Methodologies, Waterfall methodologies.

*This position may require relocation to and working from various unanticipated worksites throughout USA

Wage Range:

$139,000.00/Year to $140,000.00/Year
