Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Multiple Openings)
Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components using CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA; Perform structural and thermal analysis using simulation tools like ANSYS and MATLAB to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with engineering standards; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop prototypes, conduct testing, and troubleshoot mechanical design; Manage product lifecycle and documentation using PLM tools such as Windchill or Teamcenter; and Support manufacturing processes by creating detailed technical drawings, performing root-cause analysis, and recommending design improvements.
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Engineering (any), Engineering Management, Mechanical Systems or a related discipline and two (2) years of experience as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Planner, Quality Assurance Engineer, Inventory Engineer, Product Engineer, Project Engineer, or a related occupation. The required experience must include two years of experience in any three (3) of the following tools and technologies: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, ANSYS, MATLAB, and PLM tools.
*This position requires travel to the extent of relocating to various unanticipated worksites throughout the USA.
