Job Title:

Sr. Process Engineer (Multiple Openings)

Job Duties:

Lead cross-functional collaboration with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to support efficient new product introductions and maintain high-performance production systems; Oversee pilot-to-production transitions by defining process capabilities, setting performance metrics, and implementing corrective actions; Evaluate and enhance supplier processes through time studies, workflow analysis, capacity modeling, and application of engineering best practices to ensure quality, efficiency, and reliability; Create technical drawings and perform root cause analysis of production issues to implement corrective and preventive actions; Track Engineering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain engineering documentation to ensure compliance with quality system standards and regulatory requirements; Manage product lifecycle and documentation effectively using PLM tools; Design and model mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA; Validate designs against structural and thermal loads by performing analyses in ANSYS; and Perform data analysis, simulation, and automate engineering calculations using MATLAB to optimize product development.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any), Engineering Management, Mechanical Systems, or a related discipline and two years of experience as a Sr Process Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, QA Engineer, Supplier Quality Engineer, Inventory Engineer, Product Engineer, Project Engineer, or a related occupation. The required experience must include two years of experience in any three (3) of the following tools and technologies: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, ANSYS, MATLAB, and PLM Tools.

*This position may require relocation to and working from various unanticipated worksites throughout USA

Wage Range:

$151,000.00/Year to $152,000.00/Year
